Dominic C. Flores, MSHA, is the founder of PRIDEHealth Education, a nonprofit organization committed to advancing education, healthcare, and mentorship for LGBTQ+ individuals and other underrepresented minority communities. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including oncology clinical operations and compliance, Dominic witnessed how systemic inequities and a lack of inclusive resources often left marginalized populations without the support they needed to thrive.

As a Filipino American and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Dominic transformed both his professional expertise and lived experiences into action. Through PRIDEHealth Education, his mission is to break down barriers, amplify underrepresented voices, and build a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive in safe, affirming, and equitable spaces.
